Have you ever been to a perfect little hidden theater on an island paradise that only serves delicious vegan food? We have!
Paradiso is this great little space in Ubud that plays movies, hosts events and acts as a general meeting space. Every week they play a kid friendly movie and I put a few on the calendar for the month. The first movie was Hotel Transylvania 3 and the kids were so excited!
We packed everyone up and walked over to the theater. The ticket price for adults is less than $5 and less than $2.50 for kids... and the best part... the cost of tickets acts as credit towards the food! The seating is all super comfortable... big couches with tables, lounge chairs, kid sizes lounge chairs and big pillows. We settled in on some couches and ordered some food and popcorn. The kids loved being able to eat while enjoying the movie and the whole night only cost us $51. We ordered an appetizer, popcorn and five mains plus got a movie in for the same cost of only three movie tickets at home!
Let's just say... we highly recommend this night out to any other families traveling through Bali!
After a sweaty walk home we dipped our feet in the pool to cool down and wash the dust off. Hugh has been enjoying hitching a ride with his dad on our longer walks so his feet didn't touch the ground... but he insisted on rinsing his feet off as well.
