Yoga Teacher Training ~ Jungle Food

One of the most commonly asked questions about my trip to Costa Rica was "How was the food?"

Three words.... It. Was. Amazing.

Our chef Jonas was from Toronto and he is basically a vegetarian genius! He never had a planned menu for the day and always worked with what had been sourced locally that morning. It was honestly some of the most incredible food I have ever eaten. We never had the same thing twice and I was always full.
