Travel days. Both fun and exhausting.
When we left Ho Chi Minh for Danang we were determined to make it a fun day. It is such a short flight so why not? We had some free first class lounge passes to use up so we got to the airport super early and spent an hour and a half before the flight eating and hanging out in the lounge. It was so relaxing. Definitely the way to fly.
The flight was short and easy and when we landed in Danang we were met by our air bnb owner with a car. It made everything so easy. Quick transport, quick check in and an extra set of hands to help with luggage.
We dropped our bags and headed out to find dinner. It was a little challenging to find a place that we knew the kids would eat at but we finally settled on a little place called the Anchor Beer Club. I have never seen the kids get more attention! The girls were freaking out over Hugh especially and we didn't see the kids until the food arrived. They were like baby celebrities. They had a live musician that Henry fell in love with. He spent the night dancing and making friends. All in all... it was a strange and crazy day, but we made it to Danang!
