I love this picture so much. Three of my favorite people.
This past weekend my dad came up from Lethbridge to help us celebrate Sydney's birthday. David and I talked to her about it for weeks in advance so that she knew he was coming. Even though my dad lives in a different city, him and Syd have a very special bond. We talk to him on the phone all the time and she is always asking me about where her Papa is. I love that their love for each other is so huge, even with the physical distance between them. She spent all weekend glued to his side giving him kisses and hugs. They read countless books and worked on puzzles together and I enjoyed every single moment.
