Summer is coming to an end and we are all getting ready for the chill of a Canadian fall.
So far the weather has held out. It is the middle of September and we are still enjoying the warmth of the sun. But the days are getting shorter and the evenings are getting cooler. One of our last acts of summer was adding a birdhouse to the backyard. It was actually a surprise from David's parents. They have a few very popular birdhouses in their backyard and Sydney loves to watch for birds with her grandparents. They decided that we should have our own!
Sydney could not wait to get it in the ground and Gido helped set everything up. We are looking forward to the winged visitors that we should get soon!
