Food, glorious food!!!!
Big H is lovin' life right now. He is the centre of attention, gets all of the cuddles in the world, has a big sister who adores him and is officially eating solids!!!!
After a check up with the pediatrician at four months, it was decided that he was ready for solids. I was excited to start him on home made rice cereal because I really hoped it would help him sleep longer at night. So a broke out the baby bullet and some brown rice and made a giant batch of rice cereal and a few fresh fruit and veggie purées (I will post recipes later).
At first he could not figure out what the heck was going on. He gagged a bit and made some pretty awesome faces along the way. We are a week and a half in and he is now an old pro. We have ventured into carrots which he LOVES and I really can't wait to introduce him to other new foods. Yay!
